1. Booking & Payment

All payments, advances, and booking amounts are handled directly between customer and venue owner.

2. Cancellation

  • Cancellation rules depend on the individual hall or service provider.
  • Users must contact the hall owner directly for any cancellation.

3. Refunds

  • LocalEvent.in does not guarantee refunds, as transactions are not processed by the platform.
  • Any refund disputes must be resolved between the customer and vendor.

4. Platform Charges (If Applicable in Future)

Any service charges paid to LocalEvent.in will be non-refundable unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
